Restorative yoga and sound therapy are a natural pairing-one calms the body while the other soothes the mind. In this class, you'll be guided into comfortable postures supported by props, allowing muscles to gently release. As you rest, you will be immersed in the resonant tones of a sound bath, designed to shift brainwave activity and promote deep rest.
