Saturday Morning Pause Sound Bath via Zoom

Settle in for a relaxing Saturday morning from the comfort of your own home. During this 30 minute virtual sound bath, you'll be guided into rest through soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments.

No experience is needed. Simply find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and allow yourself to receive. Headphones are recommended for the best sound experience, but are not required.
