Helpful online resources during COVID-19

During this unprecedented health crisis I've had several people reach out to me asking for online recommendations for yoga, sound therapy and meditation. So, I put together a list of my favorite yoga studios, teachers, sound healers and meditation options that I hope will be beneficial for you. For fun, I even indicate my connection with each resource. There is also a 5 minute sound bath recording here on my website and I will be posting more on my social media outlets soon.
